International Orders – Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs charges, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer/importer.

For shipments sent by FedEx, FedEx or the relevant customs authority may contact the recipient to arrange payment of applicable duties, taxes and customs charges before delivery.

Any duty or tax amounts shown by FedEx or other customs authorities are estimates only. The final amount is determined by the destination country's customs and tax authorities and may differ from any estimate provided at the time of order.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges.
